The Event is supported by sponsors and product partners. As part of the sponsorship arrangement, certain attendee information — such as your name, email address, and company — may be shared with sponsors.   • Title Sponsor — As the primary title sponsor of the Strategic Finance Summit, our title sponsor will receive the full attendee list upon conclusion of the Event. The attendee list includes, but is not limited to: full name, email address, company name, job title, and country of registration. This disclosure is a material condition of the sponsorship arrangement and is the basis upon which the Event is made available at no cost to registrants. The title sponsor's subsequent processing of your personal data is governed solely by their own Privacy Policy. We bear no responsibility or liability for the title sponsor's use of your data following disclosure.

  • Event Organizer Products — Your registration data may be used by the Event organizer for post-event follow-up communications relating to financial modeling tools and resources demonstrated at the Event. You may opt out of such communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at support@yourcfoguy.com.

If you do not consent to your personal data being shared with our Event sponsors as described above, you should not register for the Event.

4.2 Data Processors and Service Providers

We engage trusted third-party data processors to operate the Event on our behalf. Each processor acts only on our documented instructions and is contractually bound to implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data.

  • Registration platform — processes registration form submissions and stores form response data on our behalf

  • Virtual event platform — provides the online event environment, manages session delivery, and stores attendance and engagement data

  • Payment processor — processes payment transactions for Lifetime Replay Access purchases. Our payment processor operates as an independent data controller for payment data, and its processing is governed by its own Privacy Policy

We do not authorise these processors to use your personal data for any purpose other than providing their contracted services to us.

  • Recordings may be used for promotional or educational purposes by the Event organizers

If you do not wish to appear on camera, you may keep your video disabled during sessions. Chat contributions are part of the public session experience and may be visible to other attendees.

By registering for or attending the Event, you expressly waive any and all claims against the Released Parties arising from or related to any such breach or violation, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

The Event is organized from the United States. If you are registering from outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
