Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before registering for, purchasing a pass for, or attending the Strategic Finance Summit (the “Event”). The Event is organized by Your CFO Guy, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By registering, purchasing, or accessing any Event content, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not register or attend.
1. About the Event
The Strategic Finance Summit is a two-day virtual event held on July 14 & 15, 2026 delivered entirely online via Airmeet. The Event includes keynote sessions, interactive workshops, product demonstrations, panel discussions, and a curated digital resource kit (“Strategic Finance Toolkit”) delivered to all live attendees.
We reserve the right to modify the Event schedule, speaker lineup, session content, format, or platform at any time without prior notice, including changes resulting from speaker unavailability, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
2. Registration & Pass Types
2.1 Free Live Pass ($0)
The Free Live Pass is available at no cost and grants:
Live access to all summit sessions on July 14 and 15, 2026
Participation in live Q&A with speakers
Access Strategic Finance Toolkit delivered digitally
Access to sponsor booths and virtual networking
2.2 Lifetime Replay Access ($29)
The Lifetime Replay Access pass is a one-time paid purchase that grants:
Lifetime access to recordings of every summit session
Ability to watch any session at any time, on your own schedule
Unlimited rewatching of all purchased content
Access to all recordings in one centralized location
Recordings will be made available within a reasonable period following each session and will remain accessible for a minimum period of 1 year following the Event, unless the hosting platform is permanently discontinued, in which case reasonable advance notice will be provided where possible.
2.3 Team Registration
Organizations wishing to register multiple team members may do so at no additional cost per individual under the Free Live Pass. Each registrant is independently bound by these Terms.
3. Eligibility
The Event is open to finance professionals, business leaders, and individuals with an interest in strategic finance topics. By completing registration, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have obtained the required parental consent.
4. Refund Policy
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County.
4.1 Free Live Pass Registrations
As the Free Live Pass carries no cost, no monetary refund is applicable. Registrants may cancel their registration at any time before the Event by contacting us at the details in Section 12. No cancellation fee applies.
4.2 Lifetime Replay Access — $29
All sales are final and no refunds will be issued except at the sole and absolute discretion of the organizer, whose decision shall be final and binding in all cases as outlined in Section 4.3.
Refunds may be considered solely at the discretion of the organizer on a case-by-case basis. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. Any decision made by the organizer regarding a refund request is final.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
4.3 Event Cancellation or Postponement by Us
In the unlikely event that we cancel the Event entirely:
Free Live Pass registrants will be notified and no further action is required.
Lifetime Replay Access purchasers will receive a full refund, or at our discretion, equivalent access to a rescheduled or alternative version of the Event.
If the Event is postponed rather than cancelled, existing registrations and passes will automatically transfer to the new dates. Refunds for postponement are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis upon written request.
5. Technical Requirements & Platform Access
The Event is hosted on Airmeet and requires a stable internet connection, Google Chrome browser (recommended), and a compatible laptop or desktop device. We make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.
We are not liable for any inability to access or experience the Event caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to internet outages, browser incompatibility, device issues, or third-party platform downtime.
6. Recordings, Content & Intellectual Property
All Event content — including presentations, slides, templates, infographics, recordings, and Strategic Finance Toolkit materials — is the intellectual property of the respective creators and/or the Event organizers. Your registration or purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use such content for personal or internal business purposes only.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publicly broadcast, share, or otherwise exploit Event recordings or materials without express written consent from the Event organizers.
By attending the Event, you acknowledge and consent to being recorded as part of live sessions, including your audio, video, and chat contributions, which may be included in recordings made available to other pass holders.
7. Speaker Content & Disclaimer
Session content is provided by independent speakers and reflects their own views, opinions, and professional experience. We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any information shared during the Event.
Nothing presented during the Event constitutes formal financial, legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. Attendees should consult a qualified professional before making any business or financial decisions based on Event content.
8. Sponsor Participation
The Event includes sponsored sessions, product demonstrations, and promotional content from third-party sponsors and product partners connected with the Event. Participation in any sponsor promotion, offer, or demo is entirely voluntary and is governed by that sponsor’s own terms, conditions, and privacy policies. We are not responsible for any third-party sponsor’s content or commitments.
9. Acceptable Use
By registering and attending the Event, you agree that you will not:
Share, sell, or distribute your access link or pass to any third party
Record, capture, or reproduce any session without prior written consent from us
Use the Event platform or chat to distribute spam, offensive content, or unsolicited promotions
Impersonate any speaker, organizer, sponsor, or other attendee
Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Event experience for other attendees
We reserve the right to remove any attendee from the Event without refund if these standards are violated.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your registration, attendance, or use of Event content or materials, including but not limited to loss of profit, data, or business opportunity.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to these Terms or the Event shall not exceed the amount paid by you for your pass, if any.
11. Privacy & Data Use
Registration information (including name, email address, and company details) is collected and processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Attendee data may be shared with Event sponsors as part of the sponsorship agreement. We do not sell registrant data to unrelated third parties.
By registering, you consent to receiving Event-related communications from us, including session reminders, schedule updates, and post-event follow-ups. You may opt out at any time.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered attendees or published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued registration or attendance after any changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Event, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter in good faith through direct negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 90 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in New York County, New York, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
